Welcome

Maylands Out of School Care Centre welcomes all families with a pleasant environment to enjoy and have fun. The Centre challenges children to play, explore, interact, learn and most of all, develop and encourage their own individual personalities.

The Centre embraces diversity and welcomes families from all backgrounds and cultures. This ethos is reflected in all our practices, including our weekly meal plans. We are team of 3 culturally diverse educators, we create an environment where each culture is acknowledged, celebrated and respected.

We provide education and care for up to 30 children ranging from age group 4+ to 12 years. Our large outdoor play environment is well maintained and encourages children to explore and play. The Service comes under Bayswater Childcare Association [Inc] and is a Not-for-Profit Organization.

Our staff pick up children from Maylands Peninsula Primary School.

Hours of Operation and Fees

Before School Care: Mon- Fri 7.00am – 9.00am
Session Cost :$28.00

After School Care: Mon – Fri 2.30pm – 6.00pm
Session cost:$40.00

Vacation Care: Mon- Fri 7.30am – 6.00pm
Pupil-free Days: Mon- Fri 7.30am – 6.00pm
Session cost: $65.00+

* Any applicable Childcare Subsidy is paid directly to the service.

Enrolment

To enroll at Maylands Out of School Care we have hard copy enrollment forms available at the service, or an electronic copy can be emailed directly to you.

Alternatively, you can enroll through OWNA at https://www.owna.com.au/enrol/bayswater.html

Make sure you select “Maylands Out of School Care” from the drop down.

Orientation Information

The orientation at Maylands OSHC is flexible according to the parents/caregivers availability. We offer the option of coming down during or outside opening hours, and being walked through the service by our service Supervisor or responsible person on the day.

Parents are welcome to come alone, or with their children (children are more than welcome to engage with the other children and play while they wait). Parents / caregivers will be introduced to our friendly staff, shown the areas that we use and a given a general rundown of the service and an opportunity to ask any questions they have.
